


Unlocking Customer Insights for First-Time Dashboard Builders
This 12-week internship with the Reporting & Analytics Platform (RAP) team focused on improving the CX dashboard experience for first-time users. The goal was to simplify the widget-selection process, minimizing trial and error, and ensuring users felt confident they were choosing the most effective widget for the metrics that mattered to them.
I integrated AI tools such as Subframe, Lovable, and Figma Make into my design and research workflow, which allowed me to rapidly ideate and iterate on concepts. Through concept testing, I uncovered insights that validated bold design directions and refined solutions into experiences that felt intuitive, engaging, and impactful for new customers.
