Overview
This 12-week North Star UX project with the Reporting & Analytics Platform (RAP) team focused on improving the CX dashboards for first-time users. The goal was to drive higher click-through conversions and accelerate time to value.
I integrated AI tools such as Subframe, Lovable, and Figma Make into my design and research workflow, which allowed me to rapidly ideate and iterate on concepts. Through concept testing, I uncovered insights that validated bold design directions and refined solutions into experiences that felt intuitive, engaging, and impactful for new customers.
